At the moment we only have home delivery available.
In MascotaVegana.com we bet on the transparency of information, and simplicity. You will have FREE PORTE for those orders that exceed 49 € (taxes included). For orders of less than € 49, you will have a single cost of € 6.
In any case, the total value of the basket must exceed € 18 (tax excluded) for the minimum order.
The general delivery time is 48-72 working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email. This period may vary depending on the type of product. MascotaVegana.com will not be responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.
It may happen that, in some cases and depending on the availability of the product, our incident team gets in touch to report the delivery time and provide a solution.
Upon delivery of the material, you must check that the packaging does not show any type of deterioration or breakage. In case of detecting any anomaly of this type, make it known on the delivery note and communicate it by e-mail or telephone within twenty-four (24) hours, since all the materials are insured until they are delivered to the client. Photo of the merchandise from the blow or break before unpacking, as well as the barcode of the item and labeling of the damaged box are required. After this period, we will not be responsible for any claim for this reason.
Before opening the product, we recommend that you verify that the packaging matches the one you requested: (model, color, size, finish, etc.), making an immediate claim, in case there is any anomaly. If you detect any type of error or anomaly before opening the product, please do not open the seal or its packaging.
We will not remove cardboard, old furniture, or unpack the delivered products.
The delivery will be made at the address you have indicated on the order form. Products will not be delivered to post office boxes or public places.
